Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once a product has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused and returned with original packaging and accessories.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
